General performance
Resolved - Following a planned database upgrade on Monday night, a data synchronization issue on the servers caused intermittent slowness, page errors, and potential display delays on Tuesday morning.

We resolved the issue and systems have been operating normally since. Please rest assured that no data was lost.
While our internal checks indicate no incorrect data was shown, we are finalizing a comprehensive audit.

If you suspect any information reviewed or exported on Tuesday morning was inaccurate, please share the file and page details with our support team, and we will verify it promptly.
