Resolved - Silverfin recently experienced a performance incident that caused a temporary backlog in our sync queue, as well as some overall platform slowness. We can confirm that everything is now working as expected. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our Support team directly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

Monitoring - We continue to monitor the situation closely. While the platform load is steadily improving, we are keeping a very close eye on the system to ensure stability.

Manually triggered syncs are being processed as expected. If you require updated data right away, please synchronize your client file manually using the button with the two arrows. Other client files will be automatically re-synced by tomorrow.

Identified - We continue to monitor the situation. Manually triggered syncs are currently being processed as expected. If you require updated data, please synchronise your client file using the button with the two arrows at the top left of your file. Other client files will be re-synced by tomorrow.
You may still experience degraded platform performance during this recovery period, as our platform is under heavy load. We are keeping a very close eye on the system and doing everything we can to increase speed and performance.

Monitoring - Due to the performance incident, your synchronisation can be incomplete. If you need the latest data now, please synchronise your client file manually by clicking the two sync arrows button at the top left of your file. Other client files will be auto-recovered tomorrow. You may during this recovery period still experience slower performance with synchronisations, exports, and imports.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will intervene if needed.
We invite you to monitor our status page for real-time updates as we work to fully restore all services. In at most one hour's time we will provide you with an update!
