Silverfin Authentication using Azure is still down due to issues at Azure

Azure have confirmed that there is an ongoing outage on their side causing users not to be able to sign in through Azure SSO.

From the Azure status page:

Starting at 08:30 UTC on 06 Apr 2018 a subset of customers using Azure Active Directory in East Asia and Europe may experience difficulties when attempting to authenticate into resources which are dependent on Azure Active Directory. Engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
